Ravioli, Tomato, and Kielbasa Stew
A stew for weeknights that comes together quickly.
Ingredients
I grew up with my mother making this as a stew that came together quickly on busy days with minimum fuss.
We called it by another name, using my mother's last name because my grandmother invented the recipe.
It's a combination of sautéed ingredients and canned ingredients, and it tastes delicious!
Method
- 1
Saute the chopped garlic until it starts to turn golden brown.
- 2
Add the chopped onions and saute until softened.
- 3
Add the chopped kielbasa and saute until browned and cooked through.
- 4
Add the other ingredients and simmer until warmed through.
Notes
This is also a use what you have recipe, so leftover smoked ham or a rotisserie chicken from the store would also work well. It would probably also taste good with the addition of tomato basil soup, feel free to experiment!
Keep cooking
