Ravioli, Tomato, and Kielbasa Stew
A stew for weeknights that comes together quickly.
Ingredients
- 2 Cans Minestrone soup
- 1 Large can Ravioli
- 1 Rope Kielbasa, chopped into chunks
- 2 Large Onions, chopped
- 3 to 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Large can Whole plum tomatos
- 2 Cans Beans, cannelini or kidney
- 2 Cans Lentil soup
- 1 Can Chickpeas
Method

Saute the chopped garlic until it starts to turn golden brown.

Add the chopped onions and saute until softened.

Add the chopped kielbasa and saute until browned and cooked through.

Add the other ingredients and simmer until warmed through.
Notes
This is also a use what you have recipe, so leftover smoked ham or a rotisserie chicken from the store would also work well. It would probably also taste good with the addition of tomato basil soup, feel free to experiment!
